And happy belated birthday! 🎉 This was great to read, because I have similar feelings about growing older, and as you say, you don't really notice how you've changed until you see the steps you've taken as your goals become routine. I find it can be comforting to look back on how far you've come and seeing the positive things that have been added to your life through your actions, which can be as simple as a thought-process shift. I also appreciate that you said that you've been out of your comfort zone on purpose (same lol), it takes a lot of effort to stay uncomfortable and try new things!
